Refund and Return
1. Please read the return or exchange policy of each product carefully before ordering.
2. If you find that the product is damaged/incompletely packaged, has a shelf life of less than 30 days (except for products with a short shelf life and special sale items with a special shelf life), has quality problems, or is missing or delivered incorrectly after receiving the product, you may apply to Bear Food for a return or exchange within 24 hours (24hrs) of the date of receipt, but you must meet the following prerequisites: -
(a) Provide valid proof of the details of the item being returned;
(b) Present valid documents/evidence proving that the product in question was purchased from Bear Food;
(c) Take a picture of the product in question and send it to Bear Food via email/instant messaging software as soon as possible as evidence;
(d) The product being returned must be unused and in the original state of sale and unused.
3. If you meet the requirements of item 2 above and WeBear Food is satisfied, WeBear Food will arrange a return and exchange of the same product within three (3) days after the approval of the return. If the product is out of stock and WeBear Food has received the payment, WeBear Food can refund the amount of the product from your payment account.
4. If your payment method is online payment by credit card, WeBear Food will generally refund your payment credit card within 2-4 weeks after receiving your return (the actual arrival date is subject to the bank/credit card company processing cycle).
5. We do not accept returns due to personal reasons such as damage, dissatisfaction, or inappropriate storage after receipt.
