Shipping Policy
1. Walk in (No minimum transaction)
- Online purchase self-collection point: Room 1704, Block B1, Hang Wai Industrial Centre, 6 Kin Tai Street, Tuen Mun
- Business hours: 10:00-17:30 (lunch time: 14:00-15:15)
- Open from Monday to Sunday | Open all year round except the first day of the Lunar New Year
- The self-collection point is only for online ordering and self-collection, no on-site retail purchases and cash settlement are accepted. Customers need to order online and complete online payment before they can pick up the goods at the self-collection point
2. Delivery method (free shipping for orders over $300)
- SF Express (SFHK Cold Chain)
- Delivery time: about 1-2 days
- Applicable areas/Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories
- Home delivery / SF Express store (frozen goods must be picked up at a cold transport service point)
3. Shipping Instructions
- After placing an order (excluding the ordering day), it will be shipped in about 1 working day
- Delivery time is Monday to Saturday (depending on SF Express's delivery arrangement)
- Orders will be cut-off at 1pm on every day. No delivery will be arranged on Sundays and public holidays (red days). The relevant orders will be postponed to the next working day for delivery
- If there are a lot of orders during festivals and holidays or force majeure natural disasters (such as typhoons), delivery may be delayed
