1. 打開包裝袋,清水輕輕沖洗魚肉能減香塩漬感
2. 乾煎前,必須印乾多餘水份,更容易煎封至2面金黃鎖緊肉汁
3. 燒烤更能夠將幼骨及魚皮炸至脆口
4. 處理魚肉時間不宜過長,肉汁過份揮發令肉質乾硬
5. 已經一夜醃製調味,如怕咸人士,可以沖多幾次水,無須再落任何調味料
